Crossroads Family Dentistry is always happy to accept new patients, whether they are young or just young at heart. We’ll help change the way you feel about going to the dentist one comfortable appointment and bad joke at a time. Before scheduling your first visit, please read through the helpful information below so you can know what to expect. If you have any questions afterward, don’t hesitate to give us a call!
After being greeted by our front desk team, they’ll help you complete our forms before escorting you to your treatment room. There, a member of our team will perform an initial exam as well as take some X-rays. Then, you’ll meet your dentist, who will spend some time getting to know you and ask what brought you to the dentist that day. After a thorough oral exam, they’ll discuss their findings with you as well as any additional treatments you might need. From there, you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like.
Want to save time starting at your very first appointment? Filling out our forms is essential to learning basic information about you, but we know this is far from anyone’s favorite thing to do. To make it a bit easier and cut down on your wait time, you now have the option to fill out our forms in the comfort of your own home. Just click on the link below to download them. When the day of your visit arrives, just bring the completed forms with you, and we’ll get you in to see your dentist right away.
